Layla picked out this dotted swiss material from my stash I had thrifted. This is possibly the easiest thing to make. Cut 2 pieces of material about twice as long as waist and as long as you want it. Sew up each side. Turn down top and sew, then add elastic. Hem and you are finished.She loves to pose.
